PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new apparatus for gas-solid reaction in which analysis of the gas-solid reaction and highly controlled gas-solid reaction based on the analysis can be performed. SOLUTION: In the reaction apparatus, the gas-solid reaction is continuously carried out while the solid source material is moved.
