<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable reel that is simplified in constitution while reducing the weight of a cable guide member that is housed in the reel. <P>SOLUTION: The cable reel 10 is constituted such that: the arcuate cable guide members 18A, 18B are arranged in an annular hollow part 24 formed with a fixed body 20 and a movable body 11; and flat cables 13, 14 with their one-side ends fixed to the movable body 11 and the other side ends fixed to the fixed body 20 are wound to an internal peripheral passage I between an internal cylinder 11d and the cable guide member 18A, 18B, and to an external peripheral passage II between an external cylinder 12b and the cable guide member 18A, 18B, with their winding directions inverted.
