<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a portable radiotelephone allowing to be more miniaturized, compared with the conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: A plate-like slide antenna 18 having approximately a U-shaped profile is drawn out of a recessed antenna housing 16 formed into the side wall of a frame 11 to take an antenna expansion state, and pushed into the antenna housing 16 to take an antenna shed state. This eliminates the need of a housing space in the frame 11 for housing the slide antenna 18, thus miniaturizing the frame 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
