PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven actuator system for a vehicle equipped with an air-conditioner in which the process of the initial setting is executed immediately before the user gets on the vehicle. SOLUTION: The motor-driven actuator system for the vehicle is equipped with a DC motor 110 and an electronic control device 400 to control the motor 110 so that its output shaft 127 of the motor 110 is rotated to the target position, wherein the electronic control device 400 emits the command to perform "Initial Position" to electric control parts 200a-200e when determination is passed that the door is unlocked in conformity to the response signal given by a keyless ECU 500. Thereby the "Initial Setting" is conducted not when an ignition switch IG is put on but immidiately after the door is unlocked.
