PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreciprocative circuit element using a transmission line in a quasi-TE mode system such as slot lines, double-side slot lines, etc. SOLUTION: The element comprises a radial transmission line and a rotationally symmetric resonator pattern on a nonmagnetic board, a ferrite mounted on the resonator pattern the main surface area of which is smaller than that of the resonator pattern, and another ferrite at a position facing that ferrite on the lower surface of the board.
