PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which performs an indication for designating a sending destination when transferring image data inputted by an image input means to terminal equipment connected via a network. SOLUTION: An image processing system 10 has an image data input/output device 1, and image data are inputted by the image data input/output device 1. The image data inputted by the image data input/output device 1 are transferred to clients 4, 5 connected via the network. The image processing system 10 is equipped with a display means which performs the indication for designating the clients 4, 5 as the sending destination in the case of transfer.
