PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow precise measurement without depositing an aromatic compound or the like onto piping. SOLUTION: A cartridge 11 filled with an adsorbent 18 is provided in a cylindrical container part 12, sample gas is sucked into the cartridge 11 via a sampling tube 15 to be adsorbed and collected, the cartridge 11 is conveyed toward a laser ionization mass spectrograph using as a conveying passage the piping 19 communicated with the laser ionization mass spectrograph, and the sample gas collected in the adsorbent 18 is supplied into a vacuum chamber of the laser ionization mass spectrograph via a sample introducing pipe 16.
