PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on a water leak sensor used for a built-in alkali water processor and a built-in water purifier that a dedicated detection terminal used therefor provides poor workability since it requires two times of work for once fixing the detection terminal to a body and then connecting thereto a lead wire. SOLUTION: With respect to this water apparatus used with water passed through the body, its outer block comprises two cases, and a hole is formed in one of the cases for inserting therein a terminal constituting the water leak sensor 30 while a projection 37 is provided on the other of the cases for pressing an end of the terminal. Insertion of the detection terminal 16 is all that is needed. Further, since a structure is used in which the terminal is prevented from coming off a hole by pressing down the head of the terminal by a rib sticking out of a backside case 226, the position of the terminal is kept unchanged, which provides satisfactory assemblability.
