PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupled medicine subdivision-packing machine which is flexible in automatic medicine preparation and equipment arrangement. SOLUTION: The coupled medicine subdivision-packing machine includes a tablet storage 10 for discharging tablets downward from a tablet outlet 17a, powdered medicine dividing devices 31 to 33 for dividing powdered medicine and sequentially feeding it, a packaging device 42 for subdivision-packing the fed medicine, and medicine merging mechanisms 51 to 53 for feeding the tablets and the powdered medicine into the packaging device 42. The tablet storage and the powdered medicine dividing devices or the packaging device are vertically located and relatively moved horizontally, so that they can be coupled with and separated from each other. A tablet path extension member 18 for leading the tablets discharged from the tablet outlet to the medicine merging mechanisms is additionally provided on the tablet storage so that it can advance/retreat from the bottom surface of the storage. Thus coupling and separation can be easily done by the horizontal relative movement of the machine, and connection and disconnection of the tablet path can be easily done by the advancement/retreat of the extension member.
