PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer laminate having excellent damage resistance and good vacuum forming properties. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer laminate has a layer (X), which contains 1-99 wt.% of a component (A1) comprising an olefinic copolymer composed of a specific monomer unit composition wherein a crystal melting peak and a crystallization peak are not observed by DSC and 99-1 wt.% of a component (A2) comprising a polypropylene resin, and a layer (Y), which contains 5-94 wt.% of a component (B1) comprising a thermoplastic elastomer obtained by dynamically heat-treating a resin composition containing a component (b1) comprising a polypropylene resin and a component (b2) comprising an olefinic rubber composed of a specific monomer unit composition, 1-90 wt.% of a component (B2) comprising a polypropylene resin and 5-70 wt.% of a component (B3) comprising a specific ethylenic copolymer and is characterized in that at least one surface is the layer (X).
