PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque screwdriver and a torque wrench which measures and sets a torque value. SOLUTION: The torque wrench also serving as a torque screwdriver consists of: a display part 2 having an indicator plate, clear button, down button, up button and main power source; a grip 3 mounted on the display part 2 with non-skid treatment applied on the entire outer peripheral surface; and a movable connection 4 attached to the grip, which includes a cylindrical support equipped with a hole on the upper surface at the tip and a cut provided on the lower surface of the tip and incorporating a micro switch inside, and a torque sensor part 11 having a fixed part at one end and a receiving plate having a bearing holding member and a socket receptacle with a protrusion connected with the other end, having a movable part including a plurality of bearings around it and incorporating a torsion bar.
