PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for enhancing run-out accuracy of a fastening object member, and enhancing rigidity in the radial direction by reducing friction generated between both end surfaces when rotating a rotary body so that one end surface of the rotary body abuts on an end surface of a fastener body for gripping the fastening object member. SOLUTION: This fastener has a tool holder body 10 capable of inserting-gripping a tool, and a nut 30 rotatably installed on the outer periphery of the tool holder body 10. A low friction member 50 is interposed between the end surface 19 of the tool holder body 10 and the end surface 31 of the nut 30, and is rotated so that the end surface 19 abuts on the end surface 31 via the low friction member, and the tool is gripped by diametrally contracting the tool holder body 10.
