The rotary valve for devices for the cleaning of drink lines in dispensing systems comprises a valve housing (2) with a closed inner chamber which over the circumference of the housing has a first opening for drink inlet, a second (7) for drink outlet, and a third for cleaning fluid inlet. The valve component (3) has a through-bore (17) at right angles to the valve component's rotational axis (16) and has a curved or bent progression so that in a first position of the valve component the drink inlet and outlet are connected, and in a second position the cleaning fluid inlet is connected to the drink outlet.
