PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the charging of different amounts according to the content or value of information to be provided to a user without being limited to the charging of a printing rate based on the number of sheets necessary for printing print data or the like.

SOLUTION: The charging part of the content server charges an information charge to the user who prints the print data, and the charging part of the document server charges the printing rate according to the number of prints of the print data to the user. Accordingly, the printing rate and the information charge are charged to the user in the independent servers.
