<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative bulb providing a novel decoration effect with a small number of bulbs, for example with one bulb, freely changing a decorative pattern if necessary, and conducting inexpensive decoration. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative bulb is constituted in such a way that a light emitting diode acting as a light source is installed on the inside of a base 1, reflecting surfaces 5, 6 reflecting light from the light source outward in the diameter direction and a decorative plate 7 made of a light transmission material are installed in the front part of a bulb 4 combined with the base 1, a second reflecting surface 9 reflecting again the reflecting light from the reflecting surfaces 5, 6 is installed in the decorative plate 7, and the second reflecting surface 9 acts as a display part of patterns, characters, logos and others. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
