<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing expression or display where high efficiency/high gradation/precise color marking or emission is realized to a metal surface/nonmetal back surface/nonmetal inside flatly or in three dimensions. <P>SOLUTION: Color marking or emission is performed to a metal surface/inside or a nonmetal inside/surface/back surface by utilizing heating by a heat treatment furnace, reaction of atmospheric gas, the embedding of a metal sheet, metal foil, metal powder, metal wire or glass fiber, metal vapor deposition or the like using the continuous or pulse oscillation of a laser. Expression/display can be performed in various color tones by changing the oscillation conditions of a laser, atmospheric gas and heat treatment conditions, changing the kinds of metal, and changing the wavelength to be introduced to glass fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
