POLYMER FOR MOLECULAR RECOGNITION MEMBRANE, MOLECULAR RECOGNITION MEMBRANE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR RECOGNIZING MOLECULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular recognition membrane formed by a cast method, and having a reversible molecular recognition ability.

SOLUTION: The polymer for the molecular recognition membrane is a crosslinked polymer having a functional group with a recognition site capable of forming complementary hydrogen bonds at three or more points. Preferably, the functional group is selected from the group consisting of a thymine derivative, a uracil derivative and a melamine derivative. The molecular recognition membrane composed of a cast film can recognize a guest molecule at a recognizable temperature, and can release the guest molecule from the molecular recognition membrane at a releasable temperature. Re-recognition and re-release can be carried out repeatedly.
