CONNECTOR FOR CIRCUIT BOARD, AND CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact connector for a circuit board capable of preventing adjacent terminals from contacting to each other; and to provide a circuit board.

SOLUTION: Terminals 20a1-20a3 and 20b1-20b4 in this connector for a circuit board are so formed as to be arranged side by side in a housing 11 of the connector 10 for the circuit board. The terminals 20b1-20b4 are so structured that the positions of press-in parts 24b1-24b4 into the circuit board 40 and reception parts 25b1-25b4 of a terminal press-in tool are made different from those of press-in parts 24a1-24a3 of adjacent terminals 20a1-20a3, and the positions of reception parts 25a1-25a3 of the terminal press-in tool on the circuit board 40 by mutually shifting them in the direction vertical to the direction for arranging the terminals 20a1-20a3 and 20b1-20b4 side by side in the housing 11, to prevent contact among the terminals 20a1-20a3 and 20b1-20b4.
