RADIO COMMUNICATION DEVICE, SOFTWARE PROVIDING DEVICE, AND TRANSMISSION MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the decline of frequency utilization efficiency and interference in other systems in a radio communication device having a function of a software defined radio.

SOLUTION: By rewriting functions only on a reception side or by making a radio part of a transmission function detachable, a transmission part is made to finish the detection confirmation of the frequency spectrum of a sent signal. Thus, since a non-standard spectrum is not shown, it is possible to suppress decline of the frequency utilization efficiency and interference in other systems.
