<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliability of operation service with respect to a specified user by surely avoiding getting-in with other passengers. <P>SOLUTION: A license plate 101 of a vehicle 100 of the specified user is detected before an elevator hall 3, namely, at a parking lot 1, and thereby the specified user is determined in advance. The specified user is made to get in the elevator after other passengers in the elevator are made to get off by means of getting-off guidance when one of respective elevators 110 to 113 in a group supervising operation bank 109 is allocated to the specified user.
