<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control supporting device for a vehicle capable of performing pressure control matching the feeling of a driver to a risk according to the operating characteristics of the driver. <P>SOLUTION: This device 1 for the vehicle comprises traveling environment detection means 10, 20, 21, and 30 detecting the traveling state of the vehicle therearound and a risk potential calculation means 50 calculating the risk potential of the vehicle therearound based on signals from the traveling environment detection means 10, 20, 21, and 30. The device also comprises an operation reaction calculation means 50 calculating an operation reaction occurring in vehicle operation equipment 62, 82, and 92 based on signals from the risk potential calculation means 50, vehicle operation equipment control means 60, 80, and 90 controlling an operation reaction occurring in the vehicle operation equipment 62, 82, and 92 based on signals from the operation reaction calculation means 50, an operation characteristics determination means 50 determining the operating characteristics of the driver in follow-up traveling, and an operation reaction correction means 50 correcting the sensitivity of an operating reaction against a variation in the traveling state of the vehicle therearound according to the operating characteristics determined by the operating characteristic determination means 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
