Bending between the beam members 31, 32 when all the travel rollers 34, 35, 36 abut onto the same rail R is carried out along a direction perpendicular to a rail tread face Ra and is also carried out along a direction horizontal to the rail tread face Ra, the surface detecting angle gage 38 detects a relative angleθk between the beam members 31, 32 when projected onto a face including the rail R and perpendicular to the rail tread face Ra, and the line detecting angle gage 39 detects a relative angleθt between the beam members 31, 32 when projected onto a face horizontal to the rail tread face Ra.
