PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight while inspection-measuring surface disorder and live disorder, using a versine method. SOLUTION: A surface detecting angle gage 38 and a line detecting angle gage 39 are provided in a universal joint 37 portion connected to two beam members 31, 32, and three travel rollers 34, 35, 36 traveling on rails R are provided in end parts of the beam members 31, 32 and a joint portion. Bending between the beam members 31, 32 when all the travel rollers 34, 35, 36 abut onto the same rail R is carried out along a direction perpendicular to a rail tread face Ra and is also carried out along a direction horizontal to the rail tread face Ra, the surface detecting angle gage 38 detects a relative angleθk between the beam members 31, 32 when projected onto a face including the rail R and perpendicular to the rail tread face Ra, and the line detecting angle gage 39 detects a relative angleθt between the beam members 31, 32 when projected onto a face horizontal to the rail tread face Ra.
