PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating objectively the fatigue recovery state of a mammal. SOLUTION: A drug having a fatigue recovery function is administered to the mammal (for example, a mouse), and the ATP quantity in the liver or a phosphorylation potential is measured, to thereby clarify objectively the relation between the influence of drug administration and the fatigue recovery state.
