PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of suppressing looseness without increasing the dimensional accuracy of components by adding a less number of the components in a roof device having a plurality of movable panels. SOLUTION: A cushion member 35 compressed by operating mechanisms 70 and 40 are installed between the operating mechanism 70 supporting the upper side movable panel 22 and the operating mechanism 40 supporting the lower side movable panel when the movable panels 22 and 23 are overlapped with each other in vertical direction.
