<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system comprising an image forming apparatus and an information processing apparatus connected to a network whereby a user easily finds out its desired function among image processing functions, which can be provided to the user by the image forming apparatus or the information processing apparatus, select and execute the found-out function. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system is characterized in to include: a searching key entry means for entering a searching key which a user uses for searching an image processing function; a searching means for searching the image processing function provided by an image processing means on the basis of the searching key entered by the searching key entry means; and a searching result display means for displaying the image processing function searched by the searching means onto an operating screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
