<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink which increases the functions of the skin and excels in a skin aging inhibitory/improving effect (making the skin supple, improvement of skin firmness, improvement of skin wrinkles, improvement of dark spotting/pigmentation of the skin, and the like) and/or a rough skin inhibitory/improving effect (improvement of moisturizing, stratum corneum functions, and the like), and a skin aging inhibitor/improver and/or a rough skin inhibitor/improver kit which use both the above drink and a soybean germ extract-containing external preparation. <P>SOLUTION: The drink comprises an active ingredient effective for beautifying skin and an alcohol.
