<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light ceiling panel having high strength and excellent moisture absorbing and releasing performance capable of obtaining the sufficient humidity conditioning performance of a room only with the ceiling area, and to provide a ceiling structure and a ceiling using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This ceiling panel is formed from an inorganic cured body, and is formed from the inorganic cured body (preferably containing the porous material cured by carbonizing the inorganic material composed of wallastonite and having 50-180 m<SP>2</SP>/g of BET specified surface area and 0.1-100 nm of mean cell diameter, and preferably using attapulgite as the porous material) having the absolute value 250-1,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>in difference between the humidity absorption quantity when absorbing humidity for 24 hours at 50 % of relative humidity and the humidity absorption quantity when absorbing humidity for 24 hours at 90 % of relative humidity under the condition at 25°C at an corresponding indoor-side surface.
