<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for guiding taping work for improving efficiency of the taping work and preventing a worker from forgetting taping. <P>SOLUTION: A guiding part is selected based on work information on a wire harness subjected to the taping work, and a guiding part list 102a showing a holder side light emitting element and a harness side light emitting element corresponding to the guiding part is formed. Taking of tapes 12 respectively held in a plurality of tape holders out of the holders and returning the tapes to the tape holders are detected. The holder side light emitting element 16 and the harness side light emitting element 17 existing in the guiding part list 102a and corresponding to the tape holders holding the tapes 12 are made to emit light in a first state, and the holder side light emitting element and the harness side light emitting element existing in the guiding part list and corresponding to the tape holders in which the taking out of the tapes is detected are made to emit light in a second state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
