<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel device etc. capable of decreasing the number of transmission lines. <P>SOLUTION: The display panel device is equipped with a display control part 100A which controls display of a plasma display panel 30, a driving part 100B which drives the plasma display panel 30 according to the signal from the display control part 100A, and a transmission line L for data transfer between the display control part 100A and driving part 100B.
