<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate various protect systems and various sales forms for accurately managing a license for software and the like and distributing profit properly. <P>SOLUTION: In receipt of application for use of a DRM module protecting the software, provision of the DRM module is requested from a DRM system providing the DRM module and a protect release key, and DRM call information for asking provision of the protect release key is obtained. An instruction to collect a fee for this system is given to a settlement system, while provision of the protect release key releasing protection for a program requested for purchase is required from the DRM system for obtaining the protect release key. In receipt of a credit advice of the purchase money, the protect release key is transferred to a purchaser of the program, and an instruction to distribute the purchase money, for which the credit advice is received, is given to the settlement system distributing the purchase money. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
