<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data driver for AMOLED which prevents an error of a mirror current even if transistors have variance in characteristic when manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The data driver 2 has a plurality of converters 109 which convert a digital voltage signal 208 for driving all pixels of an AMOLED to illuminate into an analog current signal 218. Each converter 209 has a plurality of current mirror elements which inputs two kinds of control signals to generate a mirror current signal. The mirror current signal is held constant by the use of the two kinds of control signals even if transistors used for the current mirror elements have variance in characteristic when manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
