<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to objectively evaluate operability of an operation screen for designing of an user-friendly operation screen and its improvement. <P>SOLUTION: A WEB screen as an evaluation object is displayed (S104), and operation contents such as clicking, shifting a pointer, and scrolling the screen carried out on the WEB screen are obtained (S106). On the basis of the operation contents, accumulation/summarization is carried out (S108) on every evaluation item such as the number of erroneous clicking operated in a position other than an operation objective element, the number of clicking carried out in erroneous order, a length of a pointer movement locus, and quantity of scrolling on the screen, and the summarization result is outputted (S114). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
