<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a textured multi film solid cleanser holder. <P>SOLUTION: A cleanser supply conveyer 2 is mounted on a first frame structure 3 and includes a plurality of cleanser holding pockets. A film feeder includes rolls 5 and 6 and is mounted on a stand 7. Film pasting devices 11a and 11b are mounted on the first frame structure. A cleanser holder forming device 31 is mounted on a second frame structure 35 provided close to a discharging end 36 of the supply conveyer. A sealer 41, a cutter 59, a film creasing device 84, and a waste film conveyer 98 are mounted on the second frame structure in a longitudinal arrangement with respect to the cleanser forming device. A tension roller 100 and film tension devices 100a-d are provided in a path for the surface-patterned film.
