<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device for a vehicle, which is equipped with a latch turnable from an opening position to receive a striker to a locking position to inhibit the disengagement of the striker, and an actuator for operating the latch so as to turn the latch to the locking position, wherein the actuator comprises an operation part capable of being engaged with a part to be operated, provided in the latch, and a driving mechanism for displacing the operation part in an engaged state along a prescribed path, and which suppresses the fear of damage to some of components and the like even if the operation part is operated for movement in the state of the presence of an obstacle on a guide path. <P>SOLUTION: The driving mechanism is equipped with a guide wall surface 14 which is arranged in such a manner as to face the operation part 12a, and an urging member SP3 capable of pushing the operation part 12a against the wall surface 14; and the operation part 12a is provided so as to be capable of being separated from the wall surface 14 by an external force beyond an urging force of the urging member SP3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
