PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current control type actuator having a permanent magnet in the rotor in which the size can be reduced and manufacture can be facilitated by contriving the shape of a stator frame around which a coil is wound. SOLUTION: A coil 4 is wound around a first stator frame 1 having a tubular part 1a and a second stator frame 2 to cover the bearing part of a rotor 3 contained in the tubular part 1a. The rotor 3 comprises a columnar permanent magnet 3a, and a frame 3b of such a shape as being wound around it wherein an arm part 3e extending in the radial direction of the permanent magnet 3a is formed in the frame 3b and an output pin 3f is provided at the forward end thereof. Recesses 1c and 1d for winding the coil 4 is formed in the outer wall of the first stator frame 1 within a specified angular range and recesses 1f and 1g are formed within another angular range such that a part of the frame 3b operates in the recesses 1f and 1g.
