PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer the magnetic force of which is increased to increase the sound pressure. SOLUTION: No step part exists on an outer wall 1a of a frame 1 of a speaker 20 and an inner diameter of a minor axis of the outer wall 1a is equal to the diameter of an inner wall 1f of a center step part 1d. An outer circumference of a cylindrical yoke 5 with a flange 5a, an annular magnet 6, and an annular top plate 7 form a magnetic circuit passing through a magnetic gap 10. All of the outer circumferences are in contact with the inner wall 1f, and both the upper faces of the yoke 5 and the top plate 7 coincide with a face of a step 1c of the frame 1. A ring 2 being an elliptic ring member is joined with the step 1c and the upper face of the top plate 7 along the inner circumference of the outer wall 1a of the frame 1, and the upper face acts like a face on which a diaphragm 8 is placed and with which a circumferential edge 8a is joined.
