PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying capacitor type voltage detection device capable of improving measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A flying capacitor type voltage detection circuit FC having a multiplexer 2 as an input side sampling switch reads the voltage of each battery module in a battery pack 1 in the time order into a flying capacitor 3, and an output side sampling switch 4 outputs each module voltage read into the flying capacitor 3 to a differential amplifying circuit 5, and an A/D converter 6 performs A/D conversion of the voltage, outputs it to a battery controller 7, and stores a received digital voltage signal in a pertinent memory region. The battery controller 7 reads out at every fixed time a timing table progressed by a common clock counter or by a clock counter acquired by dividing the common clock counter in order to synchronize the multiplexer 2, the output side sampling switch 4, the A/D converter 6 and an own memory storage operation, and executes the read-out described content.
