发明名称 METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVELY ANALYZING ENVIRONMENTAL LOAD ELEMENT IN IRON/STEEL AND ENVIRONMENT CORRESPONDING SPECIFICATION MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitatively analyzing infinitesimal content of environmental load elements (Hg, Cd, and Pb) in iron/steel, and to provide an iron/steel wherein the content of the load elements is infinitesimal. SOLUTION: This method for quantitatively analyzing at least one environmental load element among Hg, Cd, and Pb in the iron/steel is characterized by going through a process for dissolving the iron/steel in an acid I, a process for causing the solution of the acid I to contact with an ion exchanger to collect the load element at the ion exchanger and then separating the ion exchanger from the acid solution, a process for eluting the load element from the ion exchanger by means of an acid II, and a process for quantitatively analyzing the load element in an eluate of the acid II. This method covers irons/steels for automobiles or home electric appliances of environment corresponding specifications wherein the content of each element by the quantitatively analyzing method is equal to or less than a quantitative lower limit value.
