PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slowly raise and lower the temperature in a tank in an electromagnetic induction type superheated steam generator in which a superheating tank is disposed in the midway of a conduit for guiding generated steam and a coil connected to a high-frequency AC power supply is disposed on the outside of it. SOLUTION: A member formed of magnetic substance is disposed in the superheating tank, whereby steam is passed in contact with the member through the superheating tank. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
