PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting workability of a pulley unit mounted to a window or the like of a building. SOLUTION: In a pulley cover for an operator pulley wound up with an endless chain, a part corresponding to a plate-like fitting seat 12A and a part corresponding to a dustpan-like cover body 14A of the pulley cover 11A are integrally formed by a rigid synthetic resin and has a vertical incision part 24 for fitting a cover formed straight from a fitting hole 23 to the lower end face of the pulley cover 11A in the central part and further, in the central part of the fitting seat 12A, a fitting part 21 connectably intersecting the fitting seat 12A is projected in the center of the fitting seat 12A. In the fitting part 21, the pulley cover 11A is loosely fitted so that the cover strides over the rotary shaft member for the pulley when the pulley cover 11A is put on the pulley 8.
