PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the effectiveness of prevention of separation of a building material to be bonded and fixed by means of an adhesive. SOLUTION: The adhesive S, which is interposed inside a through-hole 30 in a state wherein a mat surface 23 of a resin mat 20 is superposed on the mat surface 23 thereof, is cured by adhering to a backside Tr of the tile T on the side of the mat surface 23. Additionally, the adhesive S is cured on the side of the undersurface 26 of the mat in such a shape as to protrude to the undersurface 26 of the mat around the through-hole 30. In other words, in terms of the adhesive S, an anchor-shaped part Sa itself, which is cured by protruding from the through-hole 30, carries out the function of preventing the separation of the tile T from the resin mat 20. Such a curved recess 38 as to surround the part Sa is provided around the part Sa. An opening of the curved recess 38 is deformed in such a manner as to be widened/narrowed, so that the curved recess 38 can suppress the deformation of the through-hole 30, a warp in a place around the through-hole, etc., caused by warping of a sheet body 24.
