PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile unit and a tiling method using the same, which enable a tile to be accurately and surely fixed to a surface to be tiled, on condition of excellent workability, and which enable the exertion of excellent designability. SOLUTION: The respective tiles 10 are arranged in a stepladder shape without having any joints among them, and a sheet 20 has a selvage part 20b which is protruded outward with respect to the tile 10 positioned on an outer periphery, so as to be fixed to the surface W to be tiled, by means of a tacker or a screw.
