PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a game machine, which enables a cylinder lock to be easily replaced from a lock mounting cylinder fixed to a base frame body. SOLUTION: The lock mounting cylinder 30 is fixed in the state of protruding outside a mounting plate 2 of the base frame body 1, and a rotating shaft 36 is rotatably supported in the cylinder 30 in a state wherein a tip is protruded inside the frame body 1. A cam plate 9 is fixed to the tip, on the side of the frame body 1, of the rotating shaft 36. A fit-in part 31, into which the cylinder lock 20 is to be fitted, is formed in the tip part of the cylinder 30, and an insertion part 22, which is to be inserted into the fit-in part 31, is provided in the base part of the cylinder lock 20. A shaft coupling part 23b, with which the tip of the rotating shaft 36 can be engaged, is provided at the tail end of the lock shaft of the cylinder 20.
