PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure for a unit bath capable of performing drainage from an under-door drain port well in the drainage structure for the unit bath provided with a waterproof pan comprising a bathtub pan and a washing place pan, a washing place drain port, the under-door drain port, and a drainage trap connected to the washing place drain port and the under-door drain port. SOLUTION: A connecting pipe 13 for connecting the under-door drain port 7 to the drainage trap 9 is formed to make the pipe diameter of a trap side connecting pipe 15 connected to the drainage trap 9, larger than the pipe diameter of a door lower side connecting pipe 14 connected to the under-door drain port 7. Air vent piping 17 is connected to the upper part of a pipe diameter change part 16 where the pipe diameter is changed large halfway in the connecting pipe extending from the under-door drain port 7 to the drainage trap 9.
