PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales information management system for an automatic vending machine, capable of suppressing equipment cost, and acquiring sales information in real time. SOLUTION: This system has: the automatic vending machine 10 including an image display part 108 converting use information accompanied by commodity sale into image information and displaying the image information; a portable terminal appliance 20 including a function 206 picking up an image, and a function transmitting the picked-up image information together with its own terminal identification information; and a sales information management device 40 reconverting the image information into the use information and sequentially storing the use information correlatively to the terminal identification information when the image information is imparted from the portable terminal appliance 20 of a user, and imparting added value to the user according to the number of points specified on the basis of the use information.
