PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging vessel decorative cover which is used for a decorative box or a commodity label, presents appearance as if the packaging vessel is stored in the decorative box by the use, and prevents an increase in the cost of a commodity by the use or prevents visual appraisal from being impaired. SOLUTION: The packaging vessel decorative cover 17 comprises outer lids and an edge frame, in which a fitting port 11 externally fitted to a packaging vessel is opened in a cover material, side ends of the cover material facing each other across a fitting port of the edge frame 12 to constitute the periphery of the fitting port are folded back in the facing direction, and the fold-back pieces to be folded back are closed to form the outer lids 15 and 16 to close the fitting port. The decorative cover 17 is fitted to the packaging vessel 27 by fitting the packaging vessel 27 in the fitting port 11, and folding back and closing a pair of the outer rids 15 and 16.
