PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely install a stopper body on a body shell structural member with a single fastening means. SOLUTION: This door stopper structure comprises a stopper body 15 formed of an elastic material, an insert plate 16 buried in the stopper body 15, and a bolt 18 for fitting the stopper body 15 to a panel inner part 17. An engagement portion 14 projected to the panel inner part side is formed on the insert plate 16 by burring, a projected part 22 in which the engagement portion 14 is buried is formed on the stopper body 15, and an opening 21 allowing the bolt 18 to be inserted therein is formed in the stopper body 15. A hole 24 allowing the projected part 22 to be fitted therein and a hole 25 allowing the bolt 18 to be inserted therein are bored in the panel inner part 17 to take a measure against the rotation of the stopper body 15 by the projected part 22 and one bolt 18.
