PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit a load inputted to a front side member to a locker in a vehicle head-on collision. SOLUTION: A front flange 30C formed in a joining part with the locker 18 in a front side member upper 30 is welded to a front face 18G of a front end part 18F of the locker 18, and a lower flange 30D is welded to an under surface 18H of the front end part 18F of the locker 18. Thus, this structure is formed for biting the front end part 18F of the locker 18 from a car body front part and a car body lower part by the front flange 30C and the lower flange 30D of the front side member upper 30. The lower flange 32D formed in the joining part with the locker 18 in a front side member lower 32 creeps under the front end part 18F of the locker 18, and is welded to a car-widthwise inside edge part of the under surface 18H.
