PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method of a reinforcing bar, a forming device of a fixing part and the reinforcing bar with a fixing plate which enable an efficient construction even when the density of arranged reinforcing bars is high. SOLUTION: The conductive fixing plate 3 which can be engaged with the arranged reinforcing bars 40, 41 is held by a plate engaging part 11 of pressing/detaching mechanisms 14 and 21, being opposed to the end part 2 of the reinforcing bar 1 inserted in the direction of intersecting the arranged reinforcing bars 40, 41, and the mechanisms 14 and 21 are retained for the reinforcing bar 1. A power source 26 is connected to the fixing plate 3 and the reinforcing bar 1, an arc is generated by adjusting a gap between the fixing plate 3 and the reinforcing bar 1 by the pressing/detaching mechanisms 14 and 21 and then the fixing plate 3 is pressed on the end part 2 of the reinforcing bar 1 and welded thereto. Thereby the reinforcing bar 1 is fixed to the arranged reinforcing bars 40, 41. Preferably, the surface of the fixing plate 3, being opposite to the reinforcing bar 1, is inclined for engagement with the arranged reinforcing bars 41, 42, or provided with projections 38, 39 for engagement with the bars 41, 42.
