PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device which is suitable for a continuous positioning work in a mass production step, and capable of ensuring the positioning accuracy of an opening and a tubular member irrespective of an object to be positioned. SOLUTION: Each piece 6 is formed by splitting the entire pin 5 which is passed through an opening formed in a plate-like member 2. Each piece 6 is supported in an accessible/retractable manner to/from a center portion of the pin 5 by a linear slide 7. In addition, the pin 5 is opened/closed by changing the positional relationship of each piece 6 by an O-ring 8 and a cam mechanism comprising an inclined surface 6c and a sliding element 9. The above configuration ensures sufficient rigidity of each piece 6, sufficient supporting rigidity of each piece 6 by the linear slide 7, and sufficient driving force of each piece 6 by the cam mechanism.
